UK Delivery

UK Delivery is free. Delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® parcel delivery service. Your item should arrive by 9am the day after it has been sent. Please allow a few days for the order to be processed. Tracking will be available for the parcel and a signature will be required upon delivery.

UK Returns

Please note that we cannot refund pierced jewellery, eg earrings, if they have been removed from the original sealed packaging due to hygiene reasons. Your purchase must be unworn and returned in perfect condition in the original packaging.

You can return items to us within 14 days. Upon receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund of the amount paid (minus our original delivery costs), or an exchange credit as required.

If you are returning an item to us, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

1) Please send an email requesting that you would like to return an item. We would be grateful if you could give a reason for returning the item.

2) Place item in the original packaging.

3) Enclose the invoice (or a copy of it) along with the item.

4) Return the item to the address found at the bottom of the invoice and order fulfilled emails that you received. Please address the label as “Molly Soe” and not “Molly and Sons Jewellery Ltd” to maintain discretion as to the contents of the parcel. Return the item by the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® parcel delivery service. It is a tracked and insured service.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the goods aren’t returned via an insured and tracked service and the item is damaged or lost in transit.

International Deliveries

*Some deliveries may incur extra surcharges eg if they are in a remote location. Please email to check the cost of delivery to your area.

Insurance

When ordering please choose the appropriate amount of insurance for the value of the item purchased. For instance in Cart > Shipping > Shipping Options choose £250 Insurance if the value of the item is £250 or less. As another example, if you order two items costing £350 and £450, totalling £800 in value, choose £1000 Insurance. Please make sure that the amount of insurance is at least the total value of the item(s) ordered. If items are underinsured we will be unable to refund you the full value of the goods in the event of loss or damage.

International orders are sent via a tracked service and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Customs and Import Charges

Customers ordering from outside the UK may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes which are levied after the package reaches their country and the customer is responsible for such costs. In the event a package is rejected by the customer due to refusal to pay such taxes or fees upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred in the package being returned and only the balance of the purchase price will be refunded.

When importing jewellery into your country please make sure that the relevant laws/import restrictions are followed and that you have the appropriate import licence/permit if required.

If you are returning an item to us, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please use a tracked and insured service as we cannot accept any responsibility for any returned items that are damaged or lost in transit. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt). We will not refund any duties payable on orders outside of the EU.
